Important Facts in fisheries
Fresh water bodies include,Great Lakes of Victoria which has an area of 68,800 km2 (51%), Tanganyika 32,900 km2(41%),and Nyasa 30,800 km2 (18.7%).Other fresh water bodies have an area of 5,000 km2 and includes small lakes, ponds, rivers,and wetlands.
